Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly keeps track of the most pertinent lead data, including a detailed activity schedule of emails, calls, meetings, and tasks as well as the source of a marketing campaign. Real-time lead routing that is automated will allow sales representatives to follow up on leads while they are still warm. To email only one lead or contact, choose Email This Lead or Email This Contact from the Actions menu when you are viewing a lead or contact. Send emails to up to 50 leads or contacts at once by selecting them from the Leads or Contacts objects and clicking the Send Email button.

  • a lot of things to check before getting the right and exact leads, sometimes confusing
  • This software helps to classify the leads and preserve the contact information on file for future usage, which is a significant aid for the process of keeping the lead contact information.

My primary worries are with the seemingly insignificant details, such the fact that when I link a project to an organization and then create a task under that project, the task does not immediately link to the organization. and also I have to maximize or zoom out to view the entire page, especially when reading emails or tasks with lengthy texts.
Although it has many wonderful features, some of the user information could be more rational and intuitive.
