Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly to maintain records of our communities membership and relationships. It helps us track community members' growth, demographics, relationships, fundraising opportunities, and much more. It is also used to help us organize member data and organized tasks amongst our team.
  • I think it's highly customizable and allows us to be very specific.
  • The customer service and professional support is great.
  • The layout is clean and organized.
  • I think some of the functionality between its marketing and CRM platforms is a little complex.
  • There are some bugs that make using it on different web browsers difficult.
  • It's allowed us to more efficiently communicate with our community membership base. We can easily communicate with our 500 + member community in any combination easily.
There is definitely a learning curve however I use Insightly every day and now it's like a part of my daily routine. I've been able to customize and adapt our CRM over the past few years and if I've ever needed assistance the support team has been excellent. With that being said, I wouldn't say that it is the most intuitive platform I have used as a CRM.
It's fine- it allows us to track tasks and share where we are with them. It honestly isn't a feature that I use very often but I think for people who need a high level of control and communication about what they are supposed to do, it is a good feature.

I think that Insightly is best as a CRM. It has been exceptionally useful in allowing our organization to organize, evaluate and measure our impact on our members. I really like the ability to create reports which have been very helpful in organizing and maximizing efficiency for programming. Reports allow us to pinpoint the exact demographics of a unique subset of our community members quickly and with ease.
