Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to maintain records of our communities membership and relationships. It helps us track community members' growth, demographics, relationships, fundraising opportunities, and much more. It is also used to help us organize member data and organized tasks amongst our team.
- I think it's highly customizable and allows us to be very specific.
- The customer service and professional support is great.
- The layout is clean and organized.
- I think some of the functionality between its marketing and CRM platforms is a little complex.
- There are some bugs that make using it on different web browsers difficult.
- It's allowed us to more efficiently communicate with our community membership base. We can easily communicate with our 500 + member community in any combination easily.
It's fine- it allows us to track tasks and share where we are with them. It honestly isn't a feature that I use very often but I think for people who need a high level of control and communication about what they are supposed to do, it is a good feature.
