Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly to manage our childcare recruitment agency. We use Insightly to manage all aspects of our clients and candidates, including biographical information for all parties, tracking appointments, and keeping track of billing. We also use Insightly for lead management and as a tool for sorting through prospective candidates.

- the Opportunities dashboard was hard to customize for our use case
- mandatory color orange interface not my favorite
- some bugs (e.g. under "CHOOSE COLUMNS" can't use search bar to find an item)
- Insightly has helped us save a great deal of time and avoid confusion tracking multiple stakeholder
- excellent tool for lead conversion, helping us follow-up at the right time (not too fast or slow follow-up)
- very good helping differentiate lower revenue from higher revenue opportunities at the beginning to save us from wasting time following up on less promising leads.
We are much more efficient with Insightly, which allows us to run our business with a smaller administrative support team, thus saving us a considerable amount of money.
