Overall Satisfaction with Intercom
Customer support is seamless, I can manage the queries and also have my team members contribute it in the same place. The Gifs and emojis help to make chats more interactive. The outbound messaging helps during the release notes or passing important information to our users. The metrics is easy to track.

We use tools like Calendly along with Intercom. Tools like ClickUp, Zoom works amazingly great. Wonder if the store also had a gif maker free for its users then it would have been really great. We also use Intercom for internal training as for some cases the chat interactions are helpful for the new joinees.
pretty same, but they win on the pricing and features with their omni channel service. Their bot features comes a bit handy and very economic. Intercom should rework on their pricing it could attract a lot of new users. Intercom is best for us as it's UI is very seamless.
