Overall Satisfaction with ion interactive
We use Ion Interactive to support our campaign initiatives for both inbound and outbound marketing channels. The platform allows us to build robust, interactive and dynamic assets for our different campaigns. We are also able to update and build pages quickly giving us the flexibility to enhance our campaigns as needed. The ease of use also makes it extremely scalable for our large-scale campaigns.
- ion makes it very easy to make content on their experiences dynamic. Giving you the ability to build one asset that can work for many different leads types.
- Once you have a few experiences under your belt, building pages is super quick and easy. This allows us to get pages up and running quickly and make changes to them with little to no fuss when needed.
- The platform is integrated in Marketo and the integration is very easy to set up!
- The ion team does a great job at supporting customers. They are always helpful when I have questions and very quick to respond.
- I think there is still some functionality missing. A big example of this is that there is not a universal undo button. Occasionally when removing pieces of an experience you will see the option to undo but not always.
- ion does have a training portal but it currently consists of watching videos and then being directed over to your portal to try what you have just learned. I think the training would be much more efficient if you could practice and watch the trainings in the same interface.
- We just started using the platform so it is hard to say. We have been able to build more robust and user-friendly landing pages than we would normally be able to with only using Marketo.
- Our campaigns are more flexible for users since we can optimize them ourselves as we go which saves the team time and e don't have to pay an agency.
ion just seemed to offer greater functionality and ease of use than some of the other products we were looking at. I do find it hard to compare because there aren't many that occupy this specific space. Some of the other products we were looking at we are still considering using just as additions to ion.
