Overall Satisfaction with isolved

I use isolved for everything administrative, it is very helpful and helps us navigate and collect reports, information and secured information. isolved is very user friendly for administrators and also for employees. Our Finance department also uses isolved for Payroll services. We do not have any issues or problems with anything and we do receive great help from April.

I have only used ADP before. I can say that isolved is much smoother and easier to navigate through and use. isolved seems to have a much more organized team and process when it comes to troubleshooting something or creating something. I really do prefer isolved over ADP due to its easy access.

isolved is great suited. isolved professionals have helped me plenty of times with anything I have ever needed help or guidance with. John and April has helped me so much with reporting, creating my own reports, general information and examples. All of the help that I received has not only helped me but the agency.
