Overall Satisfaction with IT Glue

Used for documentation purposes of our internal assets and documents, but also our customers.
  • Integration with RMMs and PSAs.
  • Keeps everything in one place that is easy to search.
  • Security and Authentication.
  • Expensive.
  • It's time-consuming to get all the data entry done.
  • This has made us more productive as far as finding reliable data to manage our customers.
  • Its ease of use has allowed us to make passwords and configuration more secure.
  • The ability to gain access to data from anywhere has saved time and removed the need to constantly remote in to the office for information.
It’s always available, and has integration with RMM, PSAs, and other vendors are easy and fast. Data is kept live, and it had great auditing capabilities.
It’s easy to use, they provide training with one of their experts, and there are how-to’s on its Knowledgebase.
Integration is easy and fast, and the directions are straightforward and easy to follow. It works well with a lot of other programs.
I cannot think where IT Glue cannot be used, this tool is great if you are managing several customers or just your internal systems. You have access through any web browser and mobile app, it keeps a history of any changes that are made, and it takes the Excel worksheet off your network share.
