- Recruiting.
- Tracking candidates, selection, hire notes.
- Email candidates.
- Post jobs on boards.
- Monster real time search.
- Upload candidate documents.
- All candidate info in one place - documents, notes, activities, etc.
- Able to easily update email templates for emailing candidates.
- Talent search results are set to default, should be able to play around with it.
Kenexa has lots of space for notes and edit notes feature. Easy to play around in skill search results.
