Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack

We like JumpTrack because it give us real time delivery data and signatures, I am able to track my drivers where they are and see what deliveries were missed or completed. They are not doing much to update it, but it still works well.

we use all the areas of JumpTrack from checking on drivers to collecting signatures that the customer can look up that we do not have to send them. We don't get a lot of requests for POD but when we do, we can email them the information. It makes it easier to send information that a customer needs
We are not taking advantage of sending POD;s directly to the customer. We do store the POD

It is a really good tracking and i like the fact they can integrate the signature data into our DDMS system. It gives me time and date stamp of when the delivery was loaded and when the delivery was made. It works well for people that check to make sure they received their delivery with the app on the website. They just need the tablet app to be more driver friendly
