Overall Satisfaction with JumpTrack
We use JumpTrack mainly as a way to manage our client deliveries. We capture delivery signatures. Proof of delivery is paramount and JumpTrack is great way to provide that info to our clients. We are an full service IT provider. We deliver client orders five days a week and JumpTrack allows us to accomplish this with ease. We have a two user license, one for our delivery driver with the JumpTrack app setup on his android smart phone and the second one for our receptionist with the app set up on an android tablet so she may capture signatures for our clients who come to the office to pick up their orders.

- session timeout is incredibly short
- unable to edit customer address after the delivery has been created. you need to delete it and create a new delivery
- Increased productivity - driver spends less time at a stop as everything is electronically stored
- cost savings arise as we can provide a proof of delivery to our client. no need to ship a second order at no cost to client
- we have had a client come to our office for a demo of the software as they have a shipping department with multiple delivery persons.
Yes, we provide POD's to our clients on a daily basis. Mostly I use the built in snipping tool in windows to take a snapshot of the POD to email to the client but I have used the email function of the POD system as well. I find that the email function does not always work. Sometimes it will send the email out to the client and other times it does not. I do not know if this is an issue with the software or an issue with the clients email filtering system.
