Keatext is a robust solution that analyzes thousands of chat conversations, support tickets, and call transcripts on a daily basis to provide a 360-degree view of customer issues, likes, expectations, and requests.
  • You can easily import surveys from SurveyMonkey.
  • Analyze existing survey responses.
  • Automatically analyze new survey responses.
  • You can upload data as a CSV file or integrate it directly with Zendesk, Intercom, Surveymonkey, and over 400 other platforms.
  • It is only available in French, Arabic, Spanish and English. I really would love it to be in the Hindi language.

  • I decided to implement Keatext due to its extensive list of integrations. The Keatext integration allows me to import my surveys instantly from my SurveyMonkey account, providing a 360º view to identify and improve the experience of my clients.
They offer a variety of features including data warehouse management, analytics, collaboration, and more. They make it easy to integrate with various third-party apps like Intercom, Slack, Customer.io, Slack, Google, Salesforce, and more.
