Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Care

We use Khoros Care daily to respond to our Social media account messages, chats, and reachouts. We used Khoros Care to resolve our members/customers' concerns via social media. Also, we use this to monitor engagements and manage our social media pages. It is a useful tool/ software indeed. I really recommend you guys to try this!

We've been using this software for a couple of years now and so far, our clients and us are still satisfied with this software and we are still planning to continue using this software. So far, no major issue encountered yet and if ever we do have, Khoros has a very efficient customer service that we can easily contact.
Since so far we're pretty satisfied using this software (Khoros Care), we used a lot of similar software in the past and only Khoros Care improved our daily work life easier than before. That's why we'd like to continue using this software as long as we can. As a former customer service team lead and now a project manager, I highly recommend this software/tool.
I'm not part of this process but on behalf of our team, as per them, the process of implementing this software to use in our company was so smooth as they say. Meaning to say, if you want convenience, affordable, and supportive software that can be used by your team to help grow your company.
We chose Khoros Care as our main tool in catering or responding to any reachouts like messages, comments, and reviews by our members through our social media.
