Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing

Khoros is used for all of my functions reviewing and community management. We often use the plans, approval rules, and content center.

I've been able to locate social media responses that have negative sentiment and address them quickly. This isn't always the case, though. There have been serious misses on the community management front where comments that need to be addressed immediately don't pull into khoros.
In my opinion, not scalable because the technology is just lacking and not up to par.

In my opinion, Khoros would be well-suited to a smaller company that doesn't have as much stake in the game. For larger companies with multiple stakeholders and multiple FDA/legal/regulatory impacts, the functionality of Khoros isn't up to par. I believe there are no real answers when things go wrong. Everything is always that the engineers are "working on it." It seems like you're understaffed because it's taken six plus months to fix an issue when things go awry.
