Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing
We use Khoros Marketing to schedule and publish our organic content. In addition, our paid posts are ingested into Khoros so we have a holistic view of all social posts. We have rules and tags setup to help us maintain meta data for reporting. We also manually tag posts.

- pulling in paid content from native channels
- manual and auto tagging
- Reporting - sometimes we have issue with pulling in paid media posts
- Customer Service - Issues that really impact us that we need quickly fixed can take longer than desired
- They removed the intelligence feature with little notice
- Reporting - The dashboards are great but needs updating so drop and drag and formatting is easier.
- Improved management of organic and paid campaigns
- Ability to quickly address threats to brand reputation.
