Khoros is being used by the social marketing and analytics teams along with our agency partners. It is used for publishing across multiple social channels, social listening and engagement, and pulling analytics across multiple accounts. It allows us to scale and work more efficiently and also gives us real-time insights into the social conversations that are happening around our company.

We have not used their strategic services team, but their customer success team is top-notch and their training offerings are very informative. Their support staff is also very responsive in helping solve any issues that may arise.
The Khoros Marketing Inbox helps us easily monitor and respond/flag potentially damaging mentions. It also allows us to monitor that content that is going out across all of our channels and keep a pulse on what our influencers are talking about.
