Overall Satisfaction with Khoros Marketing (Formerly Spredfast + Lithium)

I primarily use Khoros for our custom created marketing dashboards that pull in data across the varying social platforms. I also use the marketing dashboards to track partnership deliverables in one place (Specifically impressions, clicks, engagement, etc.).
  • Inbox feature is easy to use and understand.
  • Automated reports.
  • Numbers don't always match up to social platforms.
  • Creating dashboards from scratch/understanding widgets is difficult.
  • Accounts are constantly de-authenticating.
  • Improved our ability to label incoming chatter for ease of showing opportunities for improvement.
Not really. Years prior I felt like our strategic services meetings went well and the decks were custom built and creative in approach. The past year or two strategic services don't seem overly creative but more so just renaming decks/ideas and not going the extra mile.
Attempted to create a dash focused on keywords being used on platforms but through no fault of Khoros, that is difficult to do as the accounts have to be posting publicly.
Our organization has grown substantially since joining. We've had interest in TikTok which I understand is coming but the timing seems delayed. We've also integrated Pinterest but unfortunately Khoros's integration is useless as they count each board as a separate account and skews numbers.

Dashboard creation seems more collaborative with their team versus a 'fend for yourself' mentality I get from Khoros.
I find the system to be very nitpicky and oftentimes hard to navigate easily based on need. It takes forever to create custom dashboards and even when they are created, the numbers don't match what exists in the platform.
