Overall Satisfaction with Klaviyo

Klaviyo is the perfect solution for a growing eCommerce brand, seamlessly merging the functionality of a CRM with an ESP. Klaviyo makes up the core of our marketing tech stack, integrating with all of the other platforms that we use, including Shopify, Facebook Ads, and more. In addition to the core email and SMS functionality, Klaviyo also serves as an invaluable business intelligence tool for our organization, helping us understand how customers are interacting with our brand, how frequently, lifetime value, and other CRM-like stats. We love Klaviyo.

  • UI is a bit bland

  • Large portion of revenue is attributable to Klaviyo

I could not imagine a scenario in which an eCommerce brand would not want to use Klaviyo as the core of its marketing tech stack. It should be the de facto choice for any direct-to-consumer business. I don't know if it would be as useful in a B2b scenario.
