Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KnowBe4's KMSAT and PhishER products across the entire enterprise. KnowBe4 training campaigns are used for employee InfoSec training. Phishing campaigns are used multiple times per month and result in automated KnowBe4 remedial phishing campaigns assigned to employees that fail phishing tests.
- Managing employees/phishing/and training is easily coordinated and streamlined with KnowBe4's SmartGroups.
- Phishing templates and training modules are constantly being added by KnowBe4.
- Customer Support is provided in a very timely manner.
- The features are enhanced on an ongoing basis in response to customer suggestions.
- I think there should be additional user types, for example, non-admins that can see, but not change, enterprise-level data. The current provision for this (security roles) is cumbersome.
- .CSV files available for download are changed from time to time. Changes should be communicated to customers in advance.
- Went from 30% phish click rate to 2.5% in one year.
- The company's InfoSec department has become a favorite for equipping employees with needed support.
- Over 4 years, employee buy-in to cyber-security has gone from low to high.
Tech guard is an up and comer and has some features that KnowBe4 could learn from. However, in terms of total product assets, it is much smaller than KB4, particularly in terms of available training modules.

A huge impact! Our training campaigns are always fresh, with new content and a diverse approach based on the numerous publishers. Our employees provide much positive feedback on their assigned courses.
On a monthly basis, I overwrite the current KnowBe4 user list with an updated CSV file. In the interim, I archive in KnowBe4 any users that leave our company.
KB4 has diverse reporting available in its environment, but for the most part, we rely on the CSV files they provide to populate our own reporting structure using MS Power BI. This is why changes in CSV files can be an issue for us.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
We use SSO/SAML through Okta and it works great.
We did a test of this early on, but elected to stay in control of our campaigns ourselves. I know that they have expanded their AI offerings since then, but we haven't explored them. We just preferred to create our own phishing emails.
We use PhishER but don't use PhishFlip. I wanted to use PhishFlip, but couldn't obtain executive approval at our company. I have found PhishER extremely helpful for employee reporting of suspicious emails and automation of responses. It has also resulted in our snipping phish campaigns sent to multiple employees.

KnowBe4's total feature package is superior to others. In my mind, the automation options you have in KnowBe4 are the very best, especially in tying phishing to training.
I wouldn't. We ended up with KnowBe4, and in my book, we couldn't have done better.

I didn't know there was a premium. I just used the service support that was attached to our Diamond account.
Yes - Yes.
I will say that my account representative, vs. service desk, was very responsive to my requests of him. I contacted him multiple times about special requests I had and he would deal with them thoroughly and effectively. I made a request of him for documentation that an old KnowBe4 blog referred to, but which I could not find, and he searched for a day and was able to find it for me.

- Setting up a phishing campaign
- Setting up a training campaign
- Reviewing campaign results
- The employee dashboard for training could use improvement. It should be structured in campaign hierarchies instead of just showing individual modules.
- The ability to amend campaigns after they start would make campaign management better.
- The changing of csv file format without notice makes using the files problematic.
Yes - I haven't used it so I can't see how easy it is. I do know field employees that use it regularly and don't seem to have a problem.
