We have various simulated phishing attacks that, over time, calculate a security awareness score. If a mandatory participant fails such a test, the user is prompted for additional training.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training has greatly educated all of our users, both technical and non-technical, of the pitfalls of email SPAM, phishing, and malware. The consequences of getting tripped up on these various pitfalls were also explored in depth.
The users' accumulated scoring shows the pass and fail ratio for each recipient. Periodically, these scores are calibrated against a security vector for a per-user risk score. The results of these scores can lead up to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
The pass and fail ratio of each user's phishing tests are reflected upon the user's security competency.
