Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Kofax Power PDF to create PDFs, redact sensitive information, view scans, make them searchable, prepare documents for signature, create forms and numbering large documents received. We are a law firm, so this program's features are essential to efficiency and productivity.

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and Nitro Productivity Suite

Kofax Power PDF is an excellent alternative to Adobe and the price is so much better! The features are comparable, the functions are easy to use, intuitive, easy to understand and easy to navigate.

I was not able to use features from the download and the support team worked to make sure I was able to use all the features and even discovered a hidden, but known problem in the download and fixed it for me - so friendly and knowledgeable!

This is a great program and a great price!
