Overall Satisfaction with LastPass for Business

We use LastPass for Business mainly as a secure password manager for our staff. It works well, is secure, and is seamless for users. I like that it provides management for all users in one dashboard.

  • Security policies.
  • Can get expensive when using for many users.
  • Browser interface does not always work in my experience.
  • Shared folders setup can be confusing in my opinion.
  • Very secure.
  • Easy to use for staff.
  • Easy management.
Bitwarden works well for an individual user, however, it does not really have any management capabilities for multiple users.
Although we have not used Lastpass for Business very long, it seems very scalable as our staff continues to grow. The negative side is the cost involved.

We have not really needed support at this point, but there are multiple options for support.
Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, Webex App
Lastpass for Business works well as a password manager, so much better than having staff store passwords on paper, etc. It can get expensive though when you have a large staff.
