Overall Satisfaction with Lattice

I use Lattice to accomplish multiple HR tasks and information on trainings and presentation of important organizational documents. Lattice is vital to an efficient workflow for my job, and to maintain communication with coworkers.
  • Giving me up to date information and tasks that enable me to complete necessary training experiences.
  • Giving me a user friendly interface/platform that allows me to communicate with coworkers, supervisor, etc.
  • It notifies me when I have things to do, and when I have completed necessary tasks.
  • It gives me a bank of completed tasks so that I can chronologically follow my progress over time as I have been with my organization.
  • Maybe interface with other platforms related to HR functions.
  • Accurate as far as tasks to be completed.
  • User friendly, not too busy or advanced.
  • Fast and efficient.
  • This doesn't apply to me.
They are both effective, but Lattice is more user friendly and efficient.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Well suited to organizations that have almost 100% remote/virtual employees. I would think it would be less appropriate for companies or organizations that are not very technologically based.
