Overall Satisfaction with Lesson.ly
We use Lesson.ly in our North American office and been using it for the last 2 years. It helps our local organization and all of its departments onboard new employees and bring them up to speed, as well as keep the current employees up to date with technology and company policies. It also helps us train them in a convenient manner.
- Content creation and management - easy to build and share paths and lessons, no training required. Easy access to insights library
- Exercise tracking - easy to assign tasks to people and monitor completion
- Feedback - easy to collect lesson feedback to further improve content
- It would be great to have a mobile app to learn on the go like Google Primer
- More editing options for lessons
- Content export / import into or from various file formats
- Easy and quick onboarding of new hires. The onboarding time was cut by a third at least and it is very user friendly to new employees.
- Frustration free experience with friendly UI and smooth processes both for lesson admins and end users
- Convenient way to broadcast knowledge advancing to existing employees or even external parties
Lesson.ly is ahead of the competition in terms of ease of use, ease of setup, quality of support, and in features. One thing it could have is the course marketplace and 3rd party integrations, which it is currently lacking. Its social learning aspects are still uncovered and the mobile app is non-existent but hopefully those will be live soon.
