Overall Satisfaction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Two business development executives use this software on a daily basis to spur warmer introductions to potential prospects, search and find the most up-to-date decision makers at key companies and stay up to date on the latest company news. We use the detailed search functions and InMail features to make the most out of the investment.
  • Allows you to send messages directly using the InMail product. This increases your chances of being seen by that person and for that person to respond.
  • You get unlimited searches. Without the software, you can reach your commercial search limit for the month and lose access to search.
  • You also get detailed search capability - that lets you find prospects by location, job title, experience, etc., which eliminates lots of hassle and time.
  • Access to contact information outside of LinkedIn would be helpful.
  • Deeper social integration across other platforms - Twitter, Facebook, etc., so I can learn more about prospects.
  • Better daily updates.
  • Faster access and response from cold call targets
  • Helps me be much more efficient with my time and targeting of prospects
  • Helps get meetings where I otherwise may not have gotten them
Winmo is a nice tool for finding email addresses and getting better company updates (accounts in jeopardy) and also does a nice job of pulling in data from other sources. But LinkedIn almost always has the MOST up to date information on prospects - job title, location info, etc. - so from that POV it is a must-have
If you are cold-calling on prospects, this can certainly be helpful, but it also helps to already have a big built-in LinkedIn network to FULLY utilize all features. Some InMails will still go unread and you can't force people to read them, but it would be nice to get a better response rate.
