Litmus also gives BookBaby info about how well their emails are doing and validates the email addresses. With this tool we can see things like how many people open our emails, click on links, and make purchases. This helps us make improvements for future emails, testing templates, designs, and copy.

We've been able to see what kind of emails our audience likes best by looking at metrics like open rates and clicks. This helps us know what they're interested in and what they respond to.
