Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Our company primarily uses Lucidchart for the following purposes: to illustrate UX/UI flows across our software products, to create whiteboards for retrospectives/feedback meetings, to map out entity relationships among our customers, to illustrate use cases among our customers. Most of the time these graphs are produced by our research and development team and presented to other departments (such as marketing, sales and business development) for information purposes. Lucidchart helps us visualize complex virtual/digital processes including human-machine interactions. This is necessary as a first step toward identifying problems such as systemic bugs/issues within these processes and understanding causes for drop-outs.
- Very clean and clear surface, easy to orientate and an excellent tool to get an overview and conceptualize processes.
- It affords the user a whole lot of options when creating a new chart and the editor is especially easy to navigate.
- Writing manually on the blank board works particularly well compared to other providers.
- The work flow is easy to grasp.
- Great variety in useful templates.
- Sharing charts/navigating between different folders could be easier: other meeting participants often struggle to find the right document on Lucidchart when discussed in a meeting.
- Improved understanding of internal organizational processes
- Improved understanding of IT product development
- Better insights into customer/user flows (CRM funnel)
- Improved understanding between business and development departments
