Usability

Extremely easy to use with very little learning required (especially for those that have a background in process flows).

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Lucidchart provides a web-based tool that allows easy access to process flows and diagrams to all team members. This tool has allowed us to be more transparent, educate new employees and clients quickly on our processes and identify areas of opportunity on our current state processes. Due to the web-based nature, we aren't having any file size issues when sending the documents and we are finding fewer issues with version control.

Extremely easy to share with members inside and outside of the organization.
User friendly and relatively intuitive for first time users.
