Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart provides a web-based tool that allows easy access to process flows and diagrams to all team members. This tool has allowed us to be more transparent, educate new employees and clients quickly on our processes and identify areas of opportunity on our current state processes. Due to the web-based nature, we aren't having any file size issues when sending the documents and we are finding fewer issues with version control.
- Reduces versioning control issues.
- Extremely easy to share with members inside and outside of the organization.
- User friendly and relatively intuitive for first time users.
- Honestly, nothing at this time.
- Improved productivity through ease of access to the most recent documents across the organization.
- Allowed for transparency within business lines as well as outside on process flows.
Not utilizing this yet, will be looking at integrations soon.

I prefer the web-based platform, and Lucidchart was substantially more user-friendly.
