Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As mentioned, I would like to have as few as possible of those unnecessary bars, icons, etc. while working on my blank page, however, if you have a big enough screen - it should be fine. So the recommendation would be to make it more user-friendly for people with smaller screens, such as Mac 13in.
Lucidchart is great for a development team to communicate because analysts can actually speak IT language with BPMN modelling which can afterwards be converted into XML for programmers. Loving the efficiency and how user-friendly Lucidchart is!

  • Tutorials are great, looking forward for more advanced ones!
  • More tutorials for advanced users
  • Minimize all the unnecessary displayed icons while user is working
  • Include a suggestion box in the left hand-side of BPMN, as it would help a lot
  • At first it requires more time, as it is a learning curve, but LATER!!! oh boy!
  • Communication between departments improves
  • Expectations are easier to understand at any level
Probably, a random user does not notice, that the connectivity with Microsoft account is a definite piece of cake. Otherwise, it has not impacted my job in any other way. Maybe it could improve some areas, from what I am seeing (in the list of partner applications), but I have no information regarding that.
I have received emails from support. However, I did not have to use LucidChart customer service until now. Anyway, if people do use it - my mentioned tutorial (they HAVE TO BE easy to find) might help. When you are not completely familiar with the instrument, you are not able to formulate questions for the support team, it may be why users drop the application immediately.

I am fairly new to all of the tools, however, Lucidchart is the easiest to use for me. I would have so much to say to the Atlassian to improve but Lucidchart - I think you are on the right path. User-friendliness is the key, as it is all designed for the workers - not all of them are IT experts or even avid users of the internet platforms, so it HAS TO BE easy for the attraction.
Business Analyst HAVE TO know how to use this, it will make your life so much easier! Though it requires some skill and preciseness, everyone can do it. And there is always room for learning as Lucidchart has such a big scale of selection. Great job, looking forward to our growth.
