Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Although I think Lucidchart is pretty easy to use, it does take a bit of getting used to. I love being able to customize, but it becomes really easy to get too lost in the details, or too focused on moving different elements around. I also sometimes have a hard time editing my charts, it is not always easy to tell where you're typing into or what you are editing.
We use Lucidchart to assist in creating visually appealing and easy-to-understand charts. These charts help us map out workflows, organize non-numerical data, and ensure that we are telling the story of our information. I am on our Client Success team and we use it to help organize our project timelines, create informative charts, and also as easy ways to organize our brainstorming ideas. Lucidchart helps us to create graphics that are easy to follow and that help us communicate with our clients more effectively.

Lucidchart's integrations with Microsoft, Google, and Slack are essential for our daily workflows. These integrations allow us to easily import and export information that we need and bring it into our different platforms. Especially useful is the Google integration since we are currently trying to move into being a purely Google Suite company.
I have not yet needed to reach out to Lucidchart support, but I do think the Help section is useful for first-time users.

Google Analytics, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Slack
Lucidchart is specifically very useful for creating graphics that involve timelines. For example, the two different Campus Strategy templates are very useful if you are trying to map out a project over a few months. Lucidchart is very useful if you know you have team members who understand and communicate best by utilizing visuals. You are able to color-customize, move different elements around, and go more in-depth than other software platforms. If a team is interested in keeping track of relationships between different points and ideas, then I would highly recommend the various Lucidchart capabilities.
