Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is having all sort of features needed for a wide variety of diagrams/ charts. It's well suited for any kind of flow/chart/diagram you want for IT services. It has a lot of plugins too which makes its library of icons very vast. Also, you can always import external images too. You can publish the charts in various formats like PNG, JPG, PDF etc. Also can share as a link to the image. Lot of features! All in all it's a pretty useful tool in your kitty if you are in any kind of Management/Sales role.
Lucidcharts is used widely in our organization by users with a different set of roles including Architects, Solution Engineers, Leads, Project Managers etc. Lucidchart is having all sort of features needed for a wide variety of diagrams/ charts. Lucid charts made the collaboration of these diagrams/charts very smooth. Publishing and sharing the charts with external teams/customers is also pretty easy.

Lucidchart made the collaboration of these diagrams/charts very smooth. Publishing and sharing the charts with external teams/customers is also pretty easy. We can even import datasets from CSVs/ Excels/ Google sheets and use them to create powerful, data-driven visualizations. It automatically pulls in data when you make changes to the google sheet linked.
Didn't have to contact support myself but heard good words from colleagues. No complaints!
