Overall Satisfaction with LumApps

We are a company built on mergers and acquisitions, with a global footprint of 24k team members in over 30 countries. LumApps allows us one centralized employee experience platform to showcase communications, culture, and community.
  • With a variety of widgets in the library, LumApps allows content creators to be successful whether they are novices simply elevating a communication or UX designers creating a space for people to come back often and visit.
  • LumApps allows non technical administrators, without coding experience, to manage a platform with ease.
  • LumApps provides push notifications and a simply newsletter tool for communicators to send reminders to their audience in a variety of ways.
  • Mobile App is a star and comes with the contract....although we purchased a custom build.
  • LumApps does require some training...I describe it as a high-powered google site (therefore not as easy); so you will want a demo before diving in.
  • Analytics are always what customers want, LumApps is making strides in this area; but it is not just the numbers...it is helping your customer tell the story that is the most difficult.
  • Less email.
  • Consolidating multiple platforms (and their followers).
It can be extensive and complex if you want to do something exciting...or you can use the basic design methodology and meet the needs of yru project. As we are in a V2 in our evolution, I am trying to push the product's design limits and do more.
Some - we have done small customizations to the interface - Some custom code, but mostly out of the box with the help of a graphic designer.

Customer Success Team and Technical Support is top notch. Product Feature Suggestions are heard and implemented. Customer best practice sharing is encourgaed.
