Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

You logged in, installed an extension and you were good to go. We also had a kickoff call, but the process didn't really even need that. Implementation was easy.
We used Lusha and its Chrome extension as part of our prospecting strategy for clients. We supported multiple businesses across multiple industries, using Lusha's extension to gather both emails and phone numbers for prospects. We often paired Lusha with Salesloft and used the built in integration to bring prospects into Salesloft's platform.

Lusha did its job when it came to bringing in contact information (mainly emails) for prospects across a number of different industries. My role requires that I set my teams up for success in terms of prospecting and cold outreach. By using Lusha, we were able to secure more meetings with director level and above prospects.
We selected Lusha over Zoominfo to save on costs - it came in significantly more affordable. It provides basically the same service (contact information) without increasing cost arbitrarily. I also enjoyed the simpler sales process from the team at Lusha. At certain levels, Lusha is self-service.

Lusha works well when you are doing email-specific outreach to larger organizations. If you're going to be using an outreach strategy that uses phone numbers and requires direct & cell numbers, I wouldn't recommend Lusha. For emails, they do a good job when you're looking at established companies.

I'd mostly recommend Lusha when paired with Linkedin Sales Nav.
