Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

Extremely easy, it took 10 minutes
We use Lusha as a replacement of Zoominfo. Its chrome extension works fantastic on LinkedIn and it has been super efficient in getting our team contact info, company background and other necessary information in our biz dev process. Its UX design and extension are easy to use and have dramatically improved our sales flow. Being able to see emails , phone numbers( both work and cell) have helped our team streamline our outreach and prospecting process. Furthermore, Lusha's new insights add in has been very effective. I and our team have been extremely impressed with Lusha and plan to renew at the end of the year.

It has given us C-level data and helped provide us data at lower costs. The tool has definitely been extremely effective for our organization and has enabled us to grow our client and prospsect pipeline. Additionally, the data is very accurate and has helped retrieve the required and desired data for our organization
Its cost, chrome extension, ease of use setup and its unique features were all key reasons we chose Lusha over its competitors. Additionally, we loved its accurate data and setup of licenses. I was very happy with Lusha last year and with its new features, I continue to be extremely happy.

It is very well suited for business development and Account managers who are looking for a tool that can help them with contact retrieval, company insights and background and to discovery prospect painpoints. It is also great for cold calling. It is very effective while using simultaneously with Linkedin such as linkedin Sales navigator

It is less effective for organizations who are sales people who sell face to face or who don't work with large clients. The tool works great for enterprise clients, not so much for SMB's.
