Overall Satisfaction with Mad Mimi
We use it to send newsletters to our membership. I send them DAILY. My Leaders in different cities send them once every two weeks. It's a fantastic way to reach our membership, better than anything we do on social media.
- Setting up and scheduling an email is really easy.
- Customer support is outstanding (so quick!).
- Love how it's built for people who really don't know much about tech.
- Would like to see more notification possibilities.
- I don't love having to pay an extra $10 per month for a simple add-on.
- Drip campaign setup is a bit of a pain, bulky and less intuitive than other areas.
- It has really improved our ROI because people join us thanks to our newsletter.
Mad Mimi has way less clutter, a much simpler interface, and I just enjoy it a lot more.
