Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
Mailchimp is used by our marketing and communications team to send targeted emails to clients and prospects. We also use it on behalf of clients to send out email communications to their contact lists. Mailchimp allows for the easy sending of emails and integrates nicely with our website to collect subscription data and allows us to send out emails to targeted lists and measure the success of the campaign.

- Email design tools are highly intuitive and easy to learn.
- List management could be better, not as sophisticated as a full blow marketing automation platform.
- Automated campaigns have come a long way but not as useful as a full blow marketing automation platform.

Mailchimp is light years ahead of Constant Contact. While CC is generally lagging behind the email marketing trends, I consider Mailchimp to be a thought leader and they have consistently been driving best practices and were early adopters of mobile optimization. From top to bottom, Mailchimp is a superior platform with way more features and a much better end result. I would highly, highly, recommend Mailchimp over Constant Contact.
