Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
We used Mailchimp to send out our newsletters to members and non-members alike; the ease of using Mailchimp's template builder allowed us to easily adjust our content week to week.
- Newsletter templates - whether building from scratch or editing an existing template.
- Audience organization - adding labels, creating specific subgroups of contacts.
- Audience addition - easy to import new emails individually or in bulk!
- Periodically, there was trouble with ensuring delivery to inboxes.
- Price.
- Incredibly positive. Added a new method of communication to our digital media strategy.
We only used Mailchimp for newsletters, so this question doesn't exactly apply. Had we found Mailchimp earlier on in our organization's marketing build-up, we may have relied on their website, landing pages, and other tools more.
Our open rate was always stellar - not something we had seen others find success with on different platforms!
