Overall Satisfaction with Marketo

We use it for email marketing, landing pages, scoring, lead routing, and tracking. It helps us generate and qualify leads.

  • Some of our users do have a hard time getting started. There are a lot of options and sometimes that confuses people.

We try to generate more leads, nurture existing leads, and inform customers of additional options.
They have a lot of users, partners, and a lot of features. Marketo is also still usable, meaning that the features are not so crazy that they are impossible to figure out like other providers.
I would recommend Marketo for large to medium companies. It's a larger ecosystem that requires more integration. For smaller companies, Hubspot might be a better fit. It has built-in CRM and it more of an all-in-one solution.
