Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

It is mainly being used within our department, but there are certain departments that have insight as well. It allows us to market to our database of leads through various forms of tactics. It then allows us to capture relevant information on people and provides insight as to how our campaigns are performing.

Generate awareness for products, educate our customers on any relevant and potential products that may suit their needs, create programs that support our customers like webinars and events on certain products or problems, keep our database clean with relevant leads and contacts, and create programs for appropriate lead generation.
I have used Pardot and Eloqua in the past, and Adobe Marketo Engage is light years ahead of each of them. Pardot has some cool features, but they are just not there yet. For example, with Automation Rules, in the past, it was 50 out of the box, whereas within Adobe Marketo Engage, there really are no limits. Eloqua is powerful and can move data fast, but other than the canvas, it is very clunky.

For the most part, I don't have any issues. I'm able to build effectively, integrate with third parties, and generate effective campaigns. When I do have a problem, their customer support is good but not great. It's hit or miss if they can effectively diagnose a problem and provide a really good solution. I often have to rely on the community.
