Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Exchange
We use this for our daily work email/ setting up a group or team meetings/Calendar sharing to view other members' free/available times. We also use it to document our own project-related communications and share documents within the organization. It's a great tool to communicate/ meet other users and keep project documentation and other communication electronic copies within your account. It's a BIG help in avoiding printing all of the documentation and easy to find/ locate information.

- Keeping record of your communications and Project documentations.
- Easy to find or locate the information from old History.
- View/ locate your day schedule and setting up recovering meetings.
- Able to review your writings with AI, for example, Grammarly which tells the level of your writing and hints the errors/other details.
- Allow users to backup their emails and restore on other accounts.
- Setting up Tasks and deadlines for your work.
- Auto reminders and setting up rules to automate the new message allocations and find everyone's availability.
- AI features like Read aloud, translations and search functionality.
- Auto suggestions on reply, spell corrections and keeping record of communications.
Easy to use, keeping calendar as an inbuilt feature and other AI tools which are missing on other companies features.
