Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft Power Automate
We use Microsoft Power Automate to create flows that can run when an outreach is made to a patient. Essentially Microsoft Power Automate is the logical backbone of the product where all actions including, pre-checks, post-checks, data retrieval , Vendor integration, outreach is done through the flows constructed on Microsoft Power Automate.
- Extensive actions can be used as a part of the flow
- Easy integration with other vendor tools
- Robust and can handle high volumes
- Service and response time is not that great
- Any customisations are not possible
- Any bugs reported are not immediately resolved
- Ability to construct logical flows
- Integration with vendor API's
- Ability to handle 40k runs on each flow per day
- Microsoft Power Automate has helped us increase the volume of the number of outreaches we can do to patients today
- It has helped us with task automation aspect of the product
- It has also reduced build costs as constructing a framework given by MS Flows would be extremely time taking and high effort for us
We have been late adopters for the AI features within Microsoft Power Automate but we have started a POC wherein we were able to successfully use the tool to perform a sentiment analysis on the responses received from patients and automatically create follow up actions based on the patient response.
