We have several departments across our organization that use [Microsoft] Power BI. It helps us aggregate data sources and better understand (visualize) the data when the source systems do not have these capabilities built in.

Once you get the hang of the platform, it feels easy and intuitive to use. A small learning curve at the beginning, but that's to be expected with any new software, especially one concerning data sources.

Support Rating

[Microsoft] Power BI has good community forums surrounding it, as well as YouTube videos to give ideas and help troubleshoot issues that arise.

Most of the time, any issue that can't be resolved is likely a feature request that can go to the [Microsoft] Power BI team to be considered in a future release.

Likelihood to Recommend

[Microsoft] Power BI has helped us consolidate multiple data points from excel into clean visuals to explain complex data into visual storytelling.

In one example, we had website inventories from over 25 websites that we consolidated into one summarized view, breaking down page types, format types, template types, etc. all into a clean set of visuals.

It's POWERful. It's INTELLIGENT. It's POWER BI.
