Overall Satisfaction with Microsoft To Do (formerly Wunderlist)
We started using Microsoft To Do to help our project management team stay up to date on tasks and keep a good working schedule that was easy to follow. We also wanted it to work with what we current[ly] are using, which was all Microsoft software. It appeared on the surface that it was going to allow our team to do a lot of work in one place. It did help but it felt limited.
- Giving priority to certain tasks.
- The scheduler did work well.
- Mobile app.
- The software felt limited.
- No budget features.
- Support was not great.
- Since the software is free, we didn't have to recoup the cost when we started using it.
- It didn't really aid us due to it not really working with our current software.
- The scheduler did work well and the file sharing was nice.
The biggest selling point of Microsoft To Do is that it's free. We were able to jump in and start learning it without having to worry about making up for the cost of the software. We liked the idea of using all Microsoft products in hopes of some of our older employees being able to pick up the software quickly.
