Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for our workshops. It is a great tool for us as we have embraced a remote environment. It is great to keep the customers engaged and get them involved during the sessions. It is a great tool for brainstorming and for gathering all the information during the sessions.
  • Create post-its during meetings to have a proper brainstorm.
  • It enables you to involve other participants in the meeting.
  • It helps you build workflows during the sessions.
  • it enables you to access the information at a later date.
  • It would be great if the sharing with others was made simpler- some participants struggle.
  • Sometimes it is hard to zoom in to the notes.
  • It would be great to have a functionality where you take notes without the audience seeing them.
  • It made remote sessions more interactive.
  • A good place to gather information.
  • A good collaboration tool.
It is easy enough to use but I do think that the sharing is the hardest part with participants, as it has caused some issues.
It is easy enough to integrate as it is just as accessible via our internal SSO.
Much easier as we work on projects with customers and it enables us to improve the collaboration of our sessions and makes it clearer when gathering customer needs during the sessions.
