Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is being used by groups across the organization as a sounding board for creating new policies/procedures for the company. It addresses where the group is all on the same page when it comes to mapping out processes and seeing a visual of it.

Pros

  • Mapping.
  • Organizing.

Cons

  • Moving around on the screen.
  • Having the colored sticky notes named by category.
  • Reduced project completion time.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Improved communication.
  • Improved implementation.
It is user-friendly, though sometimes it is hard to navigate the screen and the clicks.
That is exactly it. It helped us connect with remote workers in multiple locations to be able to collaborate on projects.

It is well suited for when groups are working on projects and a process needs to be put into place either for something to be completed, or if the process itself is something the group is working on as well. Can also be used individually for creating mapping processes, or walking through how you may complete something.
