Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is being used for personal mapping, idea sharing, and brainstorming. Our team members are located in two countries. By using Miro, our team increased remote collaborative work. I also use it for presentations to clients and potential investors to present ideas and get feedback. It is really handy for networking as well.

Pros

  • Brainstorming.
  • Presentations.
  • Training.
  • Discussion.
  • Drawing and diagraming in general.

Cons

  • Reusing personalized templates.
  • Offline editing.
  • Audio and video capabilities.
  • Improved engagement.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Funding presentations improvement.
It works quite well. Maybe improving the mobile experience in Android would be nice. Also, figure resizing is sometimes tricky. Also, sharing through different apps needs to be more intuitive. A native app for Ubuntu would also be nice as well.
It needs better integration with the Google ecosystem.
Our corporation has employees in Colombia and Brazil. Miro allowed collaborative work in ways we couldn't imagine.

Yes

Miro is a more complete platform and its interface is better. It is also easier to use and is better suited for collaboration.
It is well suited for brainstorming, training, and collaborative work in international environments. It is also good for presentations and networking activities with clients and potential investors. It would be nice to create temporary permissions, so admins could automate edition permissions during some specific period, for example, when having a meeting. Also, further integration with Google Calendar would be nice.
