Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is routinely used to provide a visual means by which to capture feedback on specific items across a large group of attendees. The seamless interactivity allows simultaneous input leading to fast capture of comments.
  • Simultaneous editing for large groups.
  • Fairly easy layout development.
  • Easy navigation.
  • All features are not obvious.
  • Easy to move items that shouldn't be moved.
  • Allows comprehensive analysis of team ideas.
  • Increased productivity due to real time, parallel entry capability.
  • Can be customized for any team-based activity.
Familiarization with Miro tools makes using it as a platform much more beneficial.
The large toolset usually is not known by all attendees and takes time to familiarize.
Miro has revolutionized collaborative activities, especially during this time of decreased face-to-face interaction and meetings.

Miro is best suited for larger groups where linear thinking would be too time-consuming. The broad capability to customize layouts and import supporting material make it an effective tool to capture thoughts and then to use them in subsequent activities.
