Overall Satisfaction with Miro
It is used to collect data from the employees in regard to the satisfaction of the people working in the organization. It is based on a FODA methodology but can also be used to provide training where people participate to review answers or common knowledge.
- Tools are varied
- It’s user friendly
- Nice display
- Tedious to first connect
- Needs an incognito mode when providing answers
- Seeing what everyone is doing, even when just moving the cursor is distracting… entertaining but distracting
- Haven’t used it as much.
- My experience is just as a user and not a provider (meaning people told me to use and not me telling people to use it).

It has captured the voice of customer from a big group of people, providing real time feedback.
