Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is used to collect data from the employees in regard to the satisfaction of the people working in the organization. It is based on a FODA methodology but can also be used to provide training where people participate to review answers or common knowledge.
  • Tools are varied
  • It’s user friendly
  • Nice display
  • Tedious to first connect
  • Needs an incognito mode when providing answers
  • Seeing what everyone is doing, even when just moving the cursor is distracting… entertaining but distracting
  • Haven’t used it as much.
  • My experience is just as a user and not a provider (meaning people told me to use and not me telling people to use it).

Connected well with teams but it’s annoying that one has to sign in even though the application is right there.
It has captured the voice of customer from a big group of people, providing real time feedback.

To collect data on public forums but it is not appropriate when the data is supposed to be confidential, as people will be less inclined to give honest reviews or feedback.
