Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro throughout our body of work with projects. It allows us to hold very effective "digital whiteboard" sessions where we can map problems and ideas. It is most useful in the current working from home environment, but I would prefer it now even in person as it's a lot simpler to keep track of moving pieces.
  • Concept mapping.
  • Digital collaboration on projects.
  • Good for university students as well.
  • Tracking changes would be very helpful - you can unintentionally delete things without a record.

We didn't necessarily go through a change process. Miro just began in our digital teams and naturally shifted out to other areas of the business. As the interface was tremendously simple, I found it very straightforward to dive in and use the features without training.
Yes, this is fundamentally the strongest benefit Miro has. However, as mentioned in previous comments, I would actually prefer this interface for in-person meetings as well as it eliminates one of the biggest hassles of "whiteboard" sessions which is transcribing the minutes/notes into a virtual format.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Trello is good but Miro is definitely better; it's a much bigger range of features and I found the interface less buggy.
Miro is also very good as a collaboration tool at University in online tutorials. It can sometimes take a bit of time for more senior members to get the hang of using it, so if your group is not technologically savvy you might not see the full benefit. That being said, it is a very simple interface to learn.
