Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro across the whole organization, especially for two things: to deliver interactive meetings (e.g. training, team meetings) and also to have a calendar to present all the events of the organization in one place where we can all go back and check in a regular basis. It is really convenient and easy to access.
- One board can be used by many people at the same time.
- It has a lot of different tools to personalize what you are writing or drawing.
- It is intuitive to use, there is no training needed to learn how to use it.
- Sometimes is not really user friendly to zoom in if the board is too big.
- There is a feature missing to jump from one place of the board to other.
- It is a bit confusing to see everybody typing at the same time.
- Improved productivity.
- Improved communication.
- Reduced project completion time.
Since remote work is so relevant nowadays, it is really simple to use: it can be shared and edited at any moment, and it helps to keep track of the progress of the projects. It is really helpful to see what others are doing and to keep track of your own progress.
